Delivery

At Alfresco House, we work directly with our brand partners to ensure your order is delivered safely, carefully, and on time.

Most products are dispatched from UK-based warehouses and delivered directly to your door. Larger items such as pergolas, outdoor furniture sets and premium BBQs are sent via specialist courier services to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Estimated delivery times:

• Small items (fire pit accessories, covers, tools): 2–5 working days
• Mid-size items (fire pits, BBQs): 3–7 working days
• Large items (furniture sets, pergolas, outdoor structures): 5–14 working days

Returns

We want you to love everything you order from Alfresco House. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day returns policy on most items.

To arrange a return, simply email us at hello@alfrescohouse.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll take care of the rest.

Please note: Made-to-order and bespoke items may be subject to different return terms. Full details will be provided at point of purchase.

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by this policy.
